My wife and I were invited to a fashion show at a local boutique. It was a nice affair, eighties themed with a lot of retro fashion and retro music. They offered their guests some nice canapes, mostly little rounds of bread with some sort of a cheese spread. They also had hollowed-out slices of cucumbers filled with marinated veggies. They were pretty good. They also had puff pastry filled with a sort of tartar sauce topped with a small shrimp, that was too sour for my taste. It was a shame the canapes were so small. It was kind of embarrassing to grab too many. So I didn’t really get full. With the champagne they offered some pralines for desert, they were really good. Obviously this didn’t really fill me up, so when were back home I grabbed a piece of left-over baguette and some Swiss cheese and made myself a more filling man-sized sandwich. Finally I was full…
More than anything more in the world I wish I had a plane. If I could just fly then that would make my life complete, I have already gone to piloting school and though I have never considered being a pilot as a true profession I just want to be in the air. Whenever I am flying i feel so liberated and free that it is indescribable. The only other thing that I could ever want is an unlimited amount of fuel so that way I would be able to travel all around the world and see everything from a birds eye view.
One of my favorite shows on television today is Disney’s Phineas and Ferb. This is a fantastic series and should have been around a long time ago. It’s great to see Disney finally create a good show that adults and kids may actually enjoy. The storylines in the show are a huge plus for this show above all others. Although every episode is about the same (Phineas and Ferb plan to do something, Candace tries to bust them, they clean it all up before they get busted), each episode is wildly different from the last. It’s amazing that they can even pull off the same basic storyline so many times and never miss a beat like they do. A full length story about Phineas, Ferb, Candace and others, as well as Perry and his daily fight with Doofenshmirtz, all shoved into 10 minutes, and you never leave an episode feeling like they didn’t complete something.
I would like to share few information about the first and the bestpet we had when i was a child. His name was Bruno and we found it in Kodaikanal. We underwent many difficulties in bringing it to my Hometown for which we waited about 6 months before my Uncle brought him in his car. We bought his high quality dog collar and leash months before he came home and we had specially printed his name “Bruno” on it and was kept in our showcase for a while. When Bruno came home after 6 months, it was grown up well and the collar which we made specially was very small for him and so we had to get a new one and make all these printings remade again. It was never kept inside a dog-house and it always slept under my bed,We had a metal leash for him which kept him tied to our gate. i used to sit on him and then catch hold of his collar and ride him inside the house. Although it was very close to me and my brother, it always rejected food from us and only my mom can feed him. He has monthly doctor visits. We found a bell for his collar so that whenever he is hungry or whenever he needs a walk, we came to know about it. Well talking about taking care of a dog, we were lucky having the perfect vet for him. The best advice that i can give to folks who are raising a dog is that, never feed a dog more meat and never keep him idle, never keep his teeth sharp. Make it blunt by giving him either coconut shell or something of that sort which you can find in the market. I love you Bruno, wish you were with us now.. Dogs have been “man’s best friend” for thousands of years, although which species made the first move toward friendship is uncertain. We cherish our dogs for the companionship and protection they give us. Responsible owners reward their dogs’ loyalty by providing them with proper dog care.
